Re: champion news! =)
well..i can try =)
so here's 3 classes in agility (and each of them have those Mini ( dogs under 34,5cms) Medi (dogs 35-42,9) Maxi (43cms and over, where elsa is) sizes.
Three 0-results from agility class 1 and you are allowed to competite in class 2.
there you need again three 0-results. but you need also to be in best 1-5 (depending on how many competitors there is)
when you are in agility class 3, you need to get "certificates" with 0-results. it also depends on how many competitors there are, but of course the winner can always have it =) .. but for example elsa got the last certificate with 2.place cos the first one was already a champion and there was enough competitors that the certificate could move for the second. it used to be like that only winner can got the certificate, but it changed a year ago. so we got our first certificate like that.
the last one who can take the certificate can be on 5th place, but there must be more than 50 competitors then (and the best 4 must already be champions, or having enough certificates).
You need to get 3 certificates and between the first and the last there must be one year and one day. So it's not possible to get more than those 3, and if you cant take it because of that one-year-rule, the second best can have it, if theres more than 20 competitors. The dog also needs to get at least "good" from dog show. it's also possible to get the champion title with agility jumping classes. it's with the same rules, different title
well..hope you got this
what about other countries? i know that in sweden they have same rules, but luckily missing that one-year-rule
